Behaviour & SEND consultancy for schools
Specialist support with complex behaviour, regulation and learning access grounded in the realities of the school day
Specialist support with complex behaviour, regulation and learning access grounded in the realities of the school day
When behaviour, regulation and learning-access concerns persist, schools are often already doing a great deal. Plans, referrals and specialist advice may be in place, yet the same concerns continue.
The task then is not simply to add more. It is to understand why the pattern is persisting, where learning access or provision is breaking down, and what needs to change in day-to-day practice.
At that point, schools need a clearer view of the whole picture: one that protects pupil dignity, respects staff capacity and leads to better decisions about provision and adult response.
I help schools bring together what they are seeing, what they already know and what is happening in the school day.
My work often sits between assessment and implementation. I use direct observation, school evidence and relevant specialist advice to identify where the remaining gap lies and what needs to change in practice.
My professional judgement draws on more than 20 years of experience across classroom teaching, behaviour support, specialist autism and SEND advisory work, staff training, school improvement and independent consultancy.
This gives schools a clearer professional view of what needs attention, with practical priorities for provision and adult practice that can actually be used in school.
